A strategy is a set of related actions that managers take to increase performance goals of their company. Business model is the managers' conceptions of how strategies should work together to enable their company to gain a completive advantage. In other words, a business model describes how these strategies should fit together into a whole picture to enable the company to achieve superior profitability and profit growth.
